those same knowledgeable persons allow idiot MBAs with barely enough technical knowledge to answer an email to decide on the best software for billion dollar corporations

When I was an intern working in eCommerce web development while I was still in college, our department was tasked with evaluating some new suites of security software to ensure that our public facing web forms couldn't be exploited, along with various server and database security issues. Guess who they had do the evaluation to determine which software to buy? Me, the intern who had no idea how to even try to perform some of the most basic server exploits out there to test a lot of the scenarios. This was at a $5+ billion dollar/year company too.

So effectively, the MBAs decided unwisely.

I've been infected with MBAitis. I got it from my husband :-)

Whatever the problem is, let's kill all the MBAs. ( sorry, Bill LOLS)

some MBA student decided to make a taco stand right outside the engineering building. super-duper white-people burritos and tacos, omg. he failed his MBA but opened a prosperous business so, don't think about it too much.

If you read some business history, you find that US manufacturing began it's rapid decline with the advent of the MBA degree concept. It's a 100% fast cash idea that has no concern for capital reinvestment or workforce security.
