So I've had a change of diet recently, and it's resulted in me only shitting about once a week, sometimes a week and a half.
Problem is, these shits are fucking monsters. They hurt like hell and always leave a good amount of blood. I did a before and after on this one, and it had to weigh at least 5 pounds.
I always figured that it was like ripping off a bandaid, and you just have to go hard and fast to get through it as quickly as possible, but it still fucking hurts.
Maybe I should get some stool softeners? idk
Try drinking less, it should reduce the volume of your feces and solve your problem. If that doesn't work try drinking more, or maybe just try more, then less, or just more. Anyway, if you get past eight weeks you might be approaching some sort of record.
