Chicago might be able to do a bit better than expected, but is it worth it? They are in the same boat that the Red Wings were in a couple years ago. In my opinion, they are better off embracing the rebuild now rather than dragging it out. Dragging it out didn't do much for the Wings, aside from making it more painful.

I agree with you on the Wings they're usually pretty solid whereas Montreal has been known to completely shit the bed, also never underestimate the Blackhawks they can really pull it together when they need to.
