I didn't watch the vid but I can tell you this. Duc Thai is where the name originated.

Duc Thai was a suppression technique fictitiously used in Laos, Thailand, and Cambodia. US soldiers would not use tape on the nostrils of suspected dissidents to "Duc" tape them, never laughing the entire time.

Edit: No coverage of this, completely fabricated, horrendous event sequence.

According to the video, it was called 'duck-tape' during wwii, because of the backing it was made with.
That pre-dates your useage.

Probably should have watched it first :)

Your reference is from SIMPLE History, genius.

Lighten up, Francis.

EDIT: Dude, I just realized you were replying to an unceremoniously obvious joke. I will do better next time. (Reread my O post.)

Your reference is from SIMPLE History, genius.

And?

Lighten up, Francis.

Was it the smiley face that made you think I needed to 'lighten up'?

unceremoniously obvious joke

Do people often miss your jokes? And when the answer is yes, why do you think it is everyone else making mistakes, and not just you?
You're kind of an odd person, and I take no shame in admitting that you often don't make a lot of sense to me.
