I think this is great. I know being outside works wonders for my mental health. It is an amazing way to de-stress.

It is good but on the other hand it's kinda sad that it takes a doctor to prescribe this to people where our instincts should tell us we are meant to be outdoors the majority of the time.

Moving out of the city did wonders for my stress levels that's fire sure. Having undeveloped open space around you is almost a necessity
