To an extent. Search for voice coaches, vet them, meet some, and try recommended exercises.

We also lose the ability to better discern tones as we age. Unfortunately that means we may not sound as good as we believe we do.

I had an great falsetto (used to screw with the soprano 1s by singing with them) when I was in high school but stopped singing when I graduated. Now I can barely sing in falsetto or even get my normal range to go up very high. I've always figured that my range was gone forever since I stopped using it consistently.
