Don’t just sit there playing with yourself!

After some feedback from yesterday, I'm gonna try a new submission style. Stand back! We're doing science! Actually... There is no realistic way to post the text here and provide a link. The intro is too long to even post as the text. I'm not actually a skilled writer and the art of brevity continues to escape my grasp. So, I'm gonna give you the short version. Let's see.... I smoked some pot. I told you some history. I then connected that history to today. Then I smoked more pot and decided I'd try to give folks something to respond to and share a horrible idea with you. You will pretty much learn nothing of any significant value from reading this article, unless you want my crackpot theory about bitchin' solos and how it connects with my understanding of music history back to the dawn of humankind. I just smash a keyboard until words come out and I like a few of them enough to keep them.
