The Legion of green beans wishes all a festive christmas eve

Forget the green bean casserole and other traditional bullshit for Christmas dinner, we are having Ruben sammiches with sauerkraut and Kimchi soup.

Red cabbage kraut or green cabbage? Red might actually go well with a reuben, usually a bit tangy

We make the kimchi from scratch, but we don't grow enough Cabbage to ferment sauerkraut.

I'm definitely growing cabbage this season now that I'm back in a place where I can have a garden. Home grown kraut is high on my list
