Dude, if it can jump a 3 foot fence, an electric fence isn't going to stop it. I have a 5 foot deer fence and they can jump it though they rarely bother. That mostly stopped the one year they nibbled three sunflowers to nubs, chomped on a few unripe tomatoes and cucumbers and didn't like them. If they can go over or under it, they will.

I only have 3 foot fencing around my garden, my neighbor suggested getting the electric fence she has to keep things out. Might be a good idea
