Tomato seedlings finally growing multiple sets of leaves

I planted tomato seeds a few days ago, still waiting on any signs of germination.

This is only a few days after up-potting, but I raised the light by 18 inches and turned down the intensity. The duct fan runs 30 mins every hour instead of 15. I mist more often.
