Thank fucking god..... No one wanted Danny Blind in the first place... He fucked up the EC qualifiers (partly responsible) but still he moved in when we still had every opportunity to make it. Now he probably cost us 2 fucking end tournaments.... We have to go back to 82-86 for such a dry spell.....
Did I mention Blind started with a 17 yo DC debutant, that only played 7 games in Dutch prem League and who caused the 2 goals against due to errors............. while having a Lazio Roma, Serie A regular DC on the bench?
The error's made by Blind's pick of the DC (de Ligt) showed with surgical precision that Blind is totally unfit for his position... Took the fucking KNVB (Dutch FA) 1,5 years to come to that conclusion though......
As for who should follow up Blind i can advice the KNVB the following:
Get on your knees and plea Van Gaal to come in and fix this so we can go to WC 2018 (still a chance if we actually start winning)
Get on your knees and plea to Koeman to come in after WC 2018 and claim his rightfull place as national headcoach (something the whole nation wanted after the WC 2014.
In the end I don't blame the players (even though this is a bad generation, but then again we had so many good ones last 3 decades), I even don't blame the headcoach (and his visionless none charisma)... I blame the fucking KNVB top managment and the complete megalomaniac idot Bert van Oostveen who threw our national pride to the curb started acting like a goddamn "sun-king" and set up this whole debacle.
