It couldn't be a Spaniard, as Ramos was part of the 2010 winning squad. The only German player who has never played professionally in Germany is Mustafi, and he never played with Kaka.
Logically the newest WC winner it could be is someone from the 2006 Italian squad, but I don't feel autistic enough right now to check through all of them.
