Sweden - England: Sweden victory. Against all serious competitors, England has floundered and had to depend on luck to go forward. Meanwhile Sweden played a strong preliminary, losing against Germany only through bad luck in the last minute and whipping Mexico unexpectedly.
Russia - Croatia: Croatia victory. I don't expect Russia's luck to hold on for another game, especially not against Croatians that breezed so easily through such a difficult group.

Bra - Bel will be a close game. Guessing quality and sheer "will" makes it a win for the brazillians. Belgium is good but the team is imbalanced, DeBruyne isn't happy in his role and the suckerpunch by Japan probably shook them a little.
I also think Sweden will win vs England. Sweden won a game versus France in qualifiers, kept Italy out in playoffs and that Germany game was unlucky to lose. England looked severely shellshocked when a toothless (James benched) Colombia drew in last match, for the rest of the game they didn't make a big impression either apart from Kane they seemed to lack will or confidence.
