Atleasts they had a purge 2001 when they couped Samaranch, which sortof worked well and made the organization better. I haven't seen anything like that at FIFA since Blatter was expelled though.
Cancelling Qatar 2022 would be a nice start to recover the FIFA name but i'm severely doubting it can be stopped.

It's not just FIFA the UCI held the Cycling World championship there in 2016. Competition outdoor at 53c ........... Riders where falling of their bikes with dehydration and overheating. No spectators along the tracks anywhere.... it was such a fucking disgrace... But still $$$
