CONCACAF = south America and those countries are all about football, in most countries it's comparable to religion.
CONMEBOL = north/latin america and carribean. Mexico, honduras, costa rica etc are also all about football but the main sport on many of the Islands is either Baseball or Cricket, in Canada it's Ice Hockey and in the US it's American Football.
