  13. Citizens that have “bumper stickers” that are patriotic or anti-U.N.
  14. Those that are “anti-global”
  15. Those that are “suspicious of centralized federal authority”
  16. Those that have “a belief that one’s personal and/or national ‘way of life’ is under attack”

I got tired of going through the list. I guess it is safe to say 100% of Americans except for the most obedient sheep are now considered potential terrorists. Tells you a lot about what the government thinks about you.

I think taken as a whole it would be exactly that. But these aren't. They're parts of things that someone identified for some reason, not a coherent identification strategy.
