Pretty much, as long as it isn't large enough to say paddle a boat on. Creeks are usually something you can walk/wade through with relative ease.

Oh you mean a stream.

You would need to walk / wade in your pants to avoid getting your trousers wet.

I live near a watercourse that has "Creek" in its name. It is deep enough for canoes and rowboats. You would need to swim to cross it.
