I was just reading how the mayor there doesn't want to impose penalties on the homeless who shit in the streets. Sounds like a great place to vacation with the family!

I thought the homeless problem was bad when I first went there in 2002. With all the talk of feces and needles in the streets now I can't imagine what a shithole it is
