Colter Wall is only in his 20s but his voice sounds decades older. Most of the list are solid songwriters and still carry the flame the Outlaw and traditional movements had. I think the site has Whitey Morgan and the 78s up for album of the year so their release wasn't in the list I posted. Morgan is straight up honky tonk bar music but he still does a bunch of covers. He covered a Townes Van Zandt song, Waiting 'round to Die, and it is amazing.
