Yeah that sort of thing happens everywhere. Punishing people for testing positive is pretty dumb. One of my cousin's kids tested positive for it last year, but they didn't tell the school because then they wouldn't let him play football for the entire season, so he just kept going to school like normal to prevent the punishment.

I work with a high school student who did the same thing last year. He let us know and we made him quarantine, but he didn't notify the school and just kept on going.

So just another incentive for people to not get tested?
A few months ago my job put out a notice that if you get the jab and contract covid, you will get paid sick leave. If you don't get the jab, you won't get paid for time missed. So wouldn't that motivate the unvaxxed to just hide the fact that they are sick and continue coming to work and spreading their covid everywhere?
