Whatever you think about COVID and the vaccines, a judge threatening someone with jail time to receive medical treatment unrelated to the charge is an extreme overreach. Therapy, support groups, employment or rehab for someone charged with substance abuse are things meant to specifically reflect the crime and attempt to rehabilitate the charged.
Forcing someone to take medical procedures that have not gone through proper medical testing is something the military does. Civilians should not be subjected to that.

Agreed, seems to be a violation of the 9th amendment and others too maybe. Anybody here good with con law?

9th Amendment technically only applies to the federal government but if he adds the 14th Amendment then he may have a case in federal courts.
