It's not like regular people are even able to buy masks that are effective at preventing viral transmission. All you could feasibly buy are just pollen masks at this point. Even if you have masks, reusing them is far more dangerous than not using a mask at all. Unless the state has plans to distribute masks to the public, people should massively sue their local government.
