If you think it's gone overboard wait until we have hyper inflation. We already have some of it but haven't realized it yet. The stock market isn't up. The dollar is down.
Crypto is clinching at the bit to take off. It was up 13% and change yesterday. Now it's up only 7%. In the last month it's up 40%. I'm making more money from it than I am working. But I'm still going to work because every dollar is going to be needed when shit gets real very soon, and there is going to be scarcity from people not working so I feel a duty to work.
The amount of food we have in this country is pretty static. Production - waste. Production is down. Waste is up as our distribution system isn't working and our overly regulated market is having trouble migrating goods from one typical output to where demand has shifted. If we have food for 280 million and we have 320 million, it doesn't matter what money is printed for people told to not work, somebody is starving. And the government's solution is going to be aid.. but that will still just be more money chasing insufficient goods.
All I can say is get two jobs if you are able to line it up. Any job might not be as secure as we think and you do not want to be hunting at the same time as everyone else. I would work fewer hours at a job to work some hours at a lower paying job if that's what you have to do. Income diversity is really fucking important right now.
I downloaded that video the moment I saw it. This shit with the China Virus has gone way overboard, and i knew this video was worth saving before the internet police decide it was dangerous.
