In Canada the French will let you spell allot whatever way you please

No. That is wrong. 'Allot' means 'to put aside, or designate' it's not the word you think it is.
It has nothing to do with the french. Nothing. Je comprends le quebecois.
In Canada, Uk, and US. It's one of the rare times that all three type of English agree.

You are stunningly stupid.

No. Just no. In Quebec you can use allot any which way you please. It's one of the things that makes Quebec Quebec. https://youtu.be/46IDituRcRY

And did you know that Link TitleJohn Cusack is an ugly fuck?

Or is that spelt, 'And did you new that...' Where my French/English/Quebecois dictionary?

You are confusing a different word for a phrase, and despite being pointed to proof, and being able to look in any dictionary, you still can't understand.
This is why you're so stupid. This is why people laugh at you.

That was once true. But there was a man who arose and he changed the way language was spoken.

He was Prime Minister Jean Chretien.

"Okay, yous guys know in Quebec allot of de peoples do things different." -Jean Chretien
