I've made changes over the last year to remove as much plastic from my life as possible. I use 10oz, 1 liter and 2 liter mason jars for most anything anymore, from making my overnight oats, coffee, etc. Only eat and drink from glass and ceramics. The only remaining plastic I really use are contact lenses, trash bags, freezer bags and storage for cat food....as well as all the unavoidable things since you literally cannot buy say shampoo in glass bottles anymore

It's interesting to search, "how did we live before plastic". I'm not 'that' old I still remember paper bags and glass bottles.
