Flashback to 2019: The vast majority of the world's scientists have been warning us that human greenhouse gas emissions are heating the earth, for the last 30 years, with nothing like a respectable alternative scientific theory available. But some people have been so badly brainwashed by the corporations that they can't face reality.

People, individuals, are doing what is needed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The exception is the very welathy that feel they're above it all. I don't believe there is a climate crisis since people really are aware of the fragility of our biosphere and are slowly solving the problems themselves, without the need for a cost prohibitive green new deal. Energy companys are slowly moving to solar, wind, and hydro power. Nuclear needs new facilities, built using safe and efficient designs produced and in use at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. They have a young genius that produced his doctoral thesis on integration and totally safe design. It was theoretical, but appears to be the real deal. it's pretty exciting, but won't be built commercially for some years as all tests need to be run to prove it really is foolproof and less costly to build than existing designs, with integrated cooling and other new ideas.
