Nottingham ale yeast did so well I'm doing another experiment.
One gallon tree top apple juice 1.040.
one cup sugar, 1.062.
Ferment down to 1.10 and this is when I realized Nottingham alcohol tolerance is 14% ABV and I added the one cup of brown sugar at 1.045, now I might have made a mistake but it's just an experiment so no worries.
Will update in about two weeks and sorry for not posting pics.
