5 gallons preservative-free apple juice ( I like tree top and Musselman's Fresh Pressed 100% Apple Cider
1 packet Nottingham ale yeast
2 oz. yeast nutrient
Primary fermentation: 8 days at 70°F Secondary fermentation: 21 days as 70°F
and lastly keg or bottle.
I use a similar recipe for my Apple Jack, but I use distillers yeast, add some sugar and then I freeze it to extract the alcohol.
