Actually after some more tests. I'm not so sure. She is a lot more unresponsive to sound than I initially realized.

One of my cats went deaf when they got older. I used to have a small pen torch(or anything with a small focused light) that she would come running to if she could see it and got out late at night. After seeing her almost get wiped out by a car though one day, her trips outside were reduced to when I was around.
