Shit, that Cougar is jacked.
I've lived in that area of the island in the past. It was very rare to see a cougar. They were in my area, and we found signs often, but they don't usually let you see them.
There was a few points where that cat was coiled tight and ready to pounce. It was just waiting for the guy to turn his back. Fortunately this guy is familiar with cougar behaviour.
They are not dangerous if you know how to handle them. But they can be very lethal if you don't.
