I love Peruvian food, I specifically love Peruvian food that substitutes potatoes for cabbage. I have coworkers who feel otherwise. They will come around and ask "want to get Peruvian?" and I literally ask "cabbage or steak?". I rarely go when it's the not the place that does cabbage right.
