If you were actually investing in banana futures it might, but this is anonymous Russian "investors" who are taking the ICO money and supposedly investing in one banana farm in Laos that is then going to sell the bananas in China. They have no actual plan on how they are going to peg the coin to the price of the international banana market or how you would be able to trade or redeem your coins in the future (cash/bananas sent to your house?)
