Hawaii County is the only county in the state requiring a building permit to install a window AC unit.

Because government just wants to soak taxpayers for free money. They don't care at all about you or me, remember that.

Yeah, they just need...more money. Gov passes the law, got a cuzin in the permit section an another in the installation biz. It's all the same spiderweb...
