I'm not sure how I feel about this. How much responsibility does any employer have in a situation like this? Is he not eligible for a FMLA leave?

I'm not putting the guy down and wish him the best, but the way this and another story on it come off is, the guy is a worrier and can't take the heat.

See a therapist if you want but I don't see putting this on the team.
