On the 3 batter rule, I hope that ending the inning would count as fulfilling the rule. I like the thought that if I have 2 outs and want to bring in a new pitcher for the next batter, now it's a little bit riskier. I can pull the pitcher while we're batting if he gets the out and only sees the one batter, but if he messes up and gives up a hit/walk, I'm stuck with him for the next batter.

This rule change is only for pace of game and changing pitchers between innings doesn't slow the game down at all so I think it should be an exception to the rule. Maybe change it to "Pitcher cant be pulled unless they have pitched to 3 batters in this inning or have pitched in a prior inning."

Shorter commercial breaks is good since I watch more baseball on TV than in the stadium.

Disappointed about the position/pitcher rule though. I always love it when I see a position player pitching. It means shit is getting interesting. Or when the Cubs put a pitcher in outfield so they could swap pitchers for the 2nd batter and then swap back for the 3rd batter. They're limiting strategies with that rule.
