funky pitching is likely to continue, chacin is starting tomorrow on short rest. he's only been going 5-6 innings for the last month so maybe he'll be fine and can go deeper in the game but i don't like that i just read that he has never started on short rest in his career. tomorrow they definitely have to get those rbis or else denver may be brutal.

I'm not a fan of starting guys on short rest, but it make sense here. He'll be ready for game 5 on full rest if needed. That's good his innings are down, that should help.
How about that foul ball in right field last night? That was less than an inch away from blowing it open.

It really looked like Colorado was going to pull off a comeback after the Brewers wasted scoring opportunities in the 7th and 8th. Great game.
The bullpen game worked for Craig Counsell, but it will be interesting to see how that plays out for the rest of the series. I'm not sure I'd want to use all those arms. You might need them later.
On the other hand, bullpen guys like the work, they were probably sick of sitting.
Great shots of Lake Michigan and Milwaukee during the broadcast.
