Watched it on Netflix last night.
It is epicly bad, It's a typical stock "renegade cop" film with no effort.
Basically the plot involves a hostage crisis with a little boy strapped with explosives and they have 48 hours to save him, of course only renegade cop Dolph Ziggler actually wants to save the boy (for some reason the police just decide not to bother with this case)
Of course to save one life he murders a bunch of people, breaks into the Russian consul (in the US) murdering innocent guards and assaulting a the chief diplomat (for no good reason), he also beats the shit out of a whole bunch of cops and random people.
At the end Dolph is congratulated by the chief (Kane) and not charged with any murders, assault of police officers, assaulting a foreign diplomat, or murdering innocent people.
The good: Dolph cases a suspect through an arena during a live WWE show full of wrestler cameos
The bad: The plot and dialogue that does not make sense
The ugly: A hilarious scene where Dolph busts into a tattoo studio and beats up a bunch of tattoo hipsters for no good reason just to ask a question about a tattoo
