I do. I remember seeing them in some mall store when I was very little. But I don't think they've survived the home lighting evolution. In recent memory, I've seen all red bulbs and all green bulbs at Party City (chain of party supply stores, in case you don't have them) in the past.
You won't get any stripes, but you can get full sized RGB LED bulbs that are controllable. I think some even have an API.
