Slow user growth due to very low drama. I may be wrong in my assumptions but I would guess most of the users are older and work and have lives, this means we don't have a lot of "power users" (unemployed people, students, bored folks) to generate a constant inflow of posts.
Most of us have seen drama-vampires ruin good sites and consciously try not to piss where we post.
No, I like Poal and support them but it's still much more of an echochamber than Phuks. I know that on Phuks every so often I'll see points of view and politics that provide contrary ideas to the ones most popular on the site. I need to be able to see opposing viewpoints and watch them be scrutinized, otherwise the viewpoints I have adopted may be total shit.
It can be pretty slow some days, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It kind of reminds me of the olden days on the internet where you would use several smaller forums. I do kind of like how small it is most of the time.

Far as I can tell the problem here is that there isn't enough actual racist. Plus they won't come out and say you are not allowed to be racist, but after being here a little while longer you just understand it.
Also, it's severely lacking material related to the gruesome deaths of our children in the coming environmentally-induced civilizational collapse.
That's hundreds of years away. By then, I have faith that our current slow movement toward reduction in greenhouse gas emissions will have been in full swing for a helluva long time. The hockey stick curve is exaggerated, by a lot. We will adapt and survive, until the next big asteroid strikes.
As per the terms of service, it's not a total free-speech zone. Despite that it's low censorship, people are pretty free to discuss/post what they are interested in.

It's too small. We need like 500 more people in here daily. It's not worth putting much effort in when hardly anybody sees your thoughts or engages with you.
