No idea. The ginger sauce was overwhelming.
And before you ask, it was not a good ginger sauce, spicy but far too sweet.

Here you can buy it at the butchery, like any other meat. But for some reasons it was not always like this and there were horse butcheires.
There is a huge stigma about eating it here in the US. I can't find a single butcher that offers it in my area.
I have not tried it, although I would like to, but it appears to be difficult to find in the US.
