I live too close to WV to choose that one. There aren't as many bear as there are deer and I've sat in the woods plenty and not even seen deer, I can't imagine hunting bear.

My vote is either B or C for the excitement factor.

The first 4 are all edible but I'm really not seeing the point in killing the Bear. I guess you are probably not going to eat the others either though. Not judging you on it though, it's just weird from my perspective.

I'll go with B because I'm clearing vermin.

The damage B causes is no joke.

Why do you think I wouldn't eat them? If I didn't you SHOULD judge me haha. Only thing I don't eat is starlings since they are invasive and I never heard of eating them. I always ate all the pheasants, ducks, and deer I harvested. Out of the above I've only tasted deer/venison and once I had black bear jerky. It was delicious to me mm.

You can eat all of them, depends on personal taste though and you'd have to cook them the right way. I hear black bears are good for soups. I'd probably make one soup and then make the rest into jerky to share with people. Some people tell me they are too cute, which is sorta true but they seem delicious to me. Only one way to find out lol :)

Reading the OP back over I think the 'private ranch' spoke out to me as trophy hunting and I'd never heard of bears being eaten so I put that as a bow tie on my assumption. Kinda greedy if you're having a whole bear to yourself though.

Venison is pretty good if you don't over cook it. I've also had Crocodile which I assume is close to Alligator.

I hear alligator is like chicken ... we will find out lol.

Yeah last time I hunted I took a few summer sausages home and my family ate all the venison. It was funny when I picked up my deer I picked up my dad's at the butcher and it was like 3x as much meat lol! Here in TX if I get like a little piggy i'll probably bbq it, possibly same with javelina. But if I get something bigger I'll be sharing :)
