I was born in the wrong generation. I dont think relationships are happy, or people just dont want to put in the effort incase there is something/one bigger or better. You want to be able to drop whomever to be able to get with soandso with no fallbacks of a messy breakup or awkwardness.
I was young when I met my spouse, engaged and had our kids. In a way, I 'rushed' my relationship, wheras in this day in age, people barely care or aforemontioned, bother. They want to be able to leave when shit gets too real.
