When I was a teenager, some people had just moved into a new house down the road from us. My sister and I decided to go out the night before Halloween and TP their house. It was our own special way of saying "welcome to the neighborhood." That night, we do the dirty deed and unloaded 2 duffle bags full if toilet paper all over their property. On our way to school the next morning we drive by their house, and see a little old lady cleaning up our mess and immediately our hearts sank. We both felt horrible.
After school, we stopped by their place and apologized for causing the havoc. We helped them finish cleaning up the mess and my Devils Night tomfoolery started and ended with that one experience.
