Assuming its legal, I'd document it as much as possible. Audio recordings, written accounts, ect. That way if he ever crosses a line you have at least some evidence to back you up.
Assuming you've made complaints to your school and they refuse to do anything about it, might as well just blatantly take cell phone video of the guy's harassment. Then post it on social media with your school tagged. If its that bad it will either embarrass the guy into stopping, or embarrass your school into doing something about it.

I can't file an order of restraint as it's considered a 'waste of resources' I've already asked. So far, the remedy right now is to stay with a trusted friend.
I DOUBT he'd do anything, but if he even tries to touch me, he can deal with my spouse.
