Go into a bathroom. If they're the same gender and follow you in, shout at uncomfortable levels "Dude, I'm taking a &#%$, leave me the #%@ alone." The embarrassment should cause them to leave. If they're hanging around for you afterwards, you have perfect grounds to hurl insults at them for not wanting to leave you in peace in the bathroom.
