A few times. I was a F-15E crew chief back in the late nineties. Made me nervous everytime; you're sitting on a rocket that will launch you and the seat at least 140 feet in the air, through the canopy. Engine runs were awesome though, when the afterburner kicked on you could feel your organs vibrating.

this was the year in Toronto when the plane was grounded because it was hit by lightning on takeoff or return. I would assume 2009, or so. anyway.
I was at my cousin's house for our annual Canada's Wonderland Sleepover, and their grandfather just happened to be visiting from Italy. So instead of going to Wonderland, we woke up at the asscrack of dawn to wait in a terminal for some guy to come.
There was like 4-5 of us altogether, and somehow we ended up on the plane with their Nonno, and met the plane crew and got to see the cockpit and meet the pilot/co-pilot.
I just remember it being really button-y and being overwhelmed with questions. I have a picture, too. Cheshire smile and everything.
Twice. The first time back in the 90's is was either a 787 dreamliner or possibly an A380 Airbus. I don't even remember how I got the opportunity. I mainly remember the spiral staircase to the second story and didn't much care of the dials and controls of the cockpit.
The other one was at an air show probably about 15 years ago. A bad storm had rolled in on the second and last day which grounded all performances. Attendance was shot so they offered free tours of various aircraft to the handful of people who showed up. So I got to walk around in a B-25 Mitchell. Again, wasn't too focused on the cockpit but I remember it a bit more.

Many times. Our company had a Piper Lance we used to fly around the southeast. We only had one pilot so I would copilot for him. I got pretty good at flying and running the radios but didn't pursue my licence. I should have.
