If you upvote everyone, are you really upvoting anyone?

Except the dirty cabbage folks, you're definitely effectively downvoting them.

As a compulsive upvoter, I've struggled with this dilemma.
I often have to remind myself that upvoting everyone means upvoting no-one.

Fortunately there's usually a Guardian link or two for me to ignore.

Well ppl need an extra vote to break out of the new queue on most subs, unless the owner has set default as new. Also I like to mark off things I've read and the vote button is handy for that. So I guess I'm that guy that voted on your shit if you only get 2 votes. If the board gets much busier I'll have to reconsider things.

I'd upvote more but the phuking upvote bottom is impossible to hit sometimes on mobile.

I almost never browse on mobile, I'm too old for that shit. Pus the iphone 4 screen is about 4 fingers wide as is, so I'm always hitting some bullshit scam ad, instead of what I want.

I'm almost exclusively touch screen devices now. I enjoy the portability of the tablet and phone. Sitting in the house, stuck to a desk is misery to me.

Once my laptop goes I'll be going with a 10 inch tablet if I can get one with Linux on it somehow. Those are big enough where I can use them comfortably. I only really use my pc for games. My laptop is even my media center.

Careful, you'll get someone here complaining that you're brigading.
