I am living the life hum-drum and that is way I like it.
Had a former co-worker that was just drama in human form. She would come in and tell me of all the wild happenings over the weekend, only half of which I believed. She would then ask about my weekend and I would tell her about how I relaxed, or did a little work in the garden, etc. She once called me boring. Told her I would gladly take boring any day. Last I heard she was divorced from her fourth or so husband and struggling to take care of a house full of kids and grandkids. I don't regret my boring lifestyle.
