Fight Club "overtly" hides behind anonymity through its existence, like WikiLeaks.
While Voat has/once had a name associated with the site, I cannot find a Phuks' guy or even a way to address issues other than publicly, on a sub.

If you're actually looking for personal info, you won't find it. None of the admins have shared their names on the site before.
Edit: if you want to submit bugs/feature requests, either do it on /s/phuksdev or preferably phab.phuks.co. There is always an active admin you can reach in the chat box too.
