... western America, somewhere. I've visited some places but they were mostly cities. I've lived most of my life in the southeast, some of it in big cities, and I want to see mountains when I walk outside. I want to shoot gats at those mountains.

California, sunny, English speaking, and not Southern. But since with the field I want to go into I may have to move there to work, I might change my mind.

I thought I'd bought where I was going to retire but got offered a price I couldn't refuse for the land after a year. It was a good investment while I never intended it to be.

Kind of like where I am now, somewhere close to cities without being in one. A smaller house and yard would be nice, though.
